Version 4.40 Product Updates

Product Update 2 for Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.40 (4.40.0.02) released 07/16/10

This Product Update includes fixes from all previous product updates. For instructions and warnings, see the Readme File.

This Product Update resolves all the issues listed in the Release Notes.

Before installing product update, please note the following:

  • We highly recommend that you back up your system before installing any updates or version upgrades. Otherwise, data may be lost if the update fails.


  • Product Update 2 (4.40.0.02) includes a Pre-Installation Data Scan utility that helps identify potential data issues prior to installation.

  • Install this Product Update from the same computer that was used to install Sage ERP MAS 90 or 200.

  • After installing the product update, run WksUpdate.exe from the server's ..\Mas90\Wksetup folder at each workstation on which you would like to update the local help files.

Important note: To complete the Product Update installation, you must re-publish JavaScripts and Isapi plug-ins. For more information, see Resolution ID 2554.

The most current date of the Web Engine Program Fix Collection is 03/29/10 released with 4.40.0.01 (No Web Engine fixes were included in 4.40.0.2).

Extended Solutions customers:

Extended Solutions are no longer included with Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.40. For more information, please contact your business partner or Sage Software.
