Product Update 19 for Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.30 (4.30.0.19) released 07/16/10

Extended Enterprise Suite (EES) Users:
If EES 1.3 is installed, install only Product Update 16 (4.30.0.16) or higher. EES 1.3 is not compatible with any earlier product update.
If EES 1.2 or earlier is installed, install only Product Update 14 (4.30.0.14) or earlier. EES 1.2 is not compatible with Product Update 16

This product update includes fixes from all previous product updates. For instructions and warnings, see the Readme File.

Note: This Product Update resolves all the issues listed in the Release Notes.

Before installing the product update, please note the following:

• We highly recommend that you back up your system before installing any updates or version upgrades. Otherwise, data may be lost if the update fails. If upgrading from Product Update 17 or earlier, see this document for best installation practices.



• Product Update 19 (4.30.0.19) includes a Pre-Installation Data Scan utility that helps identify potential data issues prior to installation.
• For a description of the Pre-Installation Data Scan Utility, click here.


• Be sure to apply this product update before data conversion.



• As of Product Update 5, Business Insights Explorer can export to MS Office 2007. For instructions, see Resolution ID 496997.



• If "Crystal print error ... failed to open a rowset" occurs after installing Product Update 17, please install program fix PR4038-T. For more information, see Resolution ID 518833.

Important note: To complete the Product Update installation, you must re-publish JavaScripts and Isapi plug-ins. For more information, see Resolution ID 2554.

The most current date of the Web Engine Program Fix Collection is 07/16/10 released with 4.30.0.19 (replaces 05/03/10 released with 4.30.0.18).

Extended Solutions customers:

If you own Extended Solutions enhancements, please refer to the attached list. For all titles listed in the attached document, your enhancement release date must be the same as the listed date or later.
