2011 Interim Release Download (IRD)
The 2011 Q4 Interim Release contains the Year End program changes for Electronic Reporting and Payroll.
Note: Please read the 2011 Q4 IRD instructions for the steps to install the IRD properly.
This IRD applies to the following Sage 100 ERP (MAS 90 and 200) versions only:

Sage ERP MAS 90 and MAS 200 Level 420, 4.30 SU 17-23, 4.40 PU 1-7

Sage ERP MAS 90 MAS 200 Extended Enterprise Suite versions 1.3 and 1.4
- Sage ERP MAS 200 SQL Level 3.74
Note: Do not install this IRD for the following versions. The year-end program changes are already included or are not applicable.
- Sage ERP MAS 200 SQL 4.45
- Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.50
- Product Update 8 for Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.40 (4.40.0.08)
Before installing this IRD, ensure the accuracy of your data by verifying that the prior year IRD and any updates are installed. Steps for verifying the prior year IRDs are included in the 2011 Q4 IRD Instructions.
Also note: If using Payroll Federal & State eFiling and Reporting for Sage ERP MAS90 and 200 version 4.50.0.0 or 4.50.1.0, install program fix PR4060-T. This program fix corrects the issue in Federal eFiling and Reporting where the employee e-mail address is missing in the W2/1099 Preparer. Also updates Federal eFiling and Reporting with new federal tax codes for Puerto Rico and new local codes for Ohio. Product Update 2 for Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 version 4.50 (4.50.2.0) includes this correction.
2010 Interim Release Download (IRD)
The 2010 Q4 Interim Release contains the Year End program changes for Accounts Payable, Magnetic Media Reporting, and Payroll.
Note: Please read the 2010 Q4 IRD instructions for the steps to install the IRD properly.
This IRD applies to the following Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 versions only:
- 4.40.0.03 - 4.40.0.00
- 4.30.0.20 - 4.30.0.17
- 4.20, 4.10, 4.05, 4.00
- 3.74, 3.73 (Sage ERP MAS 200 - SQL Enterprise Edition)
Before installing this IRD, ensure the accuracy of your data by verifying that the prior year IRD and the 2010 2nd Quarter Update are installed.
Note: Do not install this IRD if either of the following product updates is installed. The year-end program changes are already included.
- Product Update 4 for Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.40 (4.40.0.04)
- Product Update 21 for Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.30 (4.30.0.21)
If you own a Sage ERP MAS 90 or 200 Extended Solution, do not install this IRD before checking the impacted list of titles.
For Version 4.30 (with Extended Solutions), install Product Update 21 instead of the IRD and then install any necessary Extended Solution updates.
2009 Interim Release Download (IRD)

This IRD applies to Sage ERP MAS 90, MAS 200, and MAS 200 SQL versions 3.71, 3.72, 3.73, 3.74, 4.00, 4.05, 4.10, 4.20 and 4.30 only.

This IRD applies to Sage ERP MAS 90, MAS 200, and MAS 200 SQL versions 3.71, 3.72, 3.73, 3.74, 4.00, 4.05, 4.10, 4.20 and 4.30 only.
Prior to installing this IRD, to ensure the accuracy of your data, please verify that any previous years IRD is installed as described in the 2008 Q4 IRD instructions.
2007 Interim Release Download (IRD)
The 2007 Q4 Interim Release contains the Year End program changes for Accounts Payable, Magnetic Media Reporting, and Payroll.
Note: Please read the 2007 Q4 IRD instructions carefully and in its entirety as there are very specific installation steps for installing the IRD properly.
If any of the steps are missed, it may result in the proper boxes not appearing in the 2007 1099 form, the inability to print Accounts Payable Check forms, the loss of User-Defined Fields when printing Crystal forms and reports, and the loss of custom fields if an A/P Extended Solution or A/P 3rd Party Enhancement is installed.

Note: This IRD applies to MAS 90 and MAS 200 versions 3.71 and 4.0 only. This IRD is not required for Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 versions 3.72 and 4.05.
