• Product Update 17 for Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.30 (4.30.0.17).
• The 2009 IRD posted on December 23, 2009 for all reported versions.
  Note: Follow the online instructions for installing the IRD and resetting the form.

Subject:

Several fields print in incorrect boxes on the Laser Forms-2 per page and Laser Forms-4 per page w-2s  after installing the 2009 Interim Release Download (IRD) for Sage MAS 90 and 200, including the following:

• Social Security number
• Control number
• Void indicator

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Install the 2009 IRD for Sage MAS 90 and 200.
2. Expand Payroll and Period End. Double-click W2 Form Printing.
3. In the W2 Form To Print list, select  Laser Forms 4-per page.
4. Click the Form button, click the Reset button, and then click Accept.
5. Select an employee number, and click Print. Note that the Social Security number and employee number print in incorrect boxes.
   Note: Additional fields are incorrect on the Laser Forms 2-per page w-2.

Expected Behavior:

Data should print in the correct W-2 fields.

Possible Workarounds:

Adjust the form settings for the appropriate w-2 form.

• Laser Forms-4 per page:
1. Expand Payroll and Period End. Double-click W2 Form Printing.
2. In the W2 Form To Print list, select Laser Forms 4-per page.
3. Click the Form button to open the Forms Customization window, and make the following changes:
• Header:
• Top Margin = 320
• Detail (Data settings):
• Employee Number:
• Line = 014
• Tab = 002
• Social Security Number
• Line = 003
• Tab = 002

• Laser Forms-2 per page:
1. Expand Payroll and Period End. Double-click W2 Form Printing.
2. In the W2 Form To Print list, select Laser Forms 2-per page.
3. Click the Form button to open the Forms Customization window, and make the following changes:
